Why you might need an OBM® ?
Maybe you can resonate with this… You are having an awesome team, who’s always by your side and helping you to grow your business! But then your team is scared or insecure to make any decisions – they come to you with the smallest questions and you will be overwhelmed. But you know what? That is totally normal and okay!
In this situation, I will step in and communicate between the team and the you. Therefore, only the really important stuff gets to you. All other questions the team might have will be answered by the OBM® (myself) and I will be making decisions on behalf of the business and/or suggesting solutions to questions and problems. I will be the key point of contact for the entire team – working closely with me on a day-to-day basis, to ensure that everyone is clear on their tasks and deadlines and has what they need to do their best work.

As an OBM®, I provide you with operational and advisory support. Unlike a VA, I can take on, delegate and monitor complex tasks. These are my main focus points…
Launch and Project Management
If you would like to have support for a project or launch, I will develop tailor-made plans and manage your projects to completion, including awesome launches, managing your programs, creating new revenue streams, and updating your website and social media.
Business Development
For your business, I will be automating systems and creating individual processes for your day-to-day activities in the company to simplify your operations and allow resources for further growth.
HR Management
I will be recruiting internal and external staff, as well as outsourcing and managing freelancers. Your KPI development and feel-good management will be managed by me to achieve common goals and success.
Process optimization
